Paul has over 30 years of experience in senior positions at financial institutions including Lehman Brothers and Citi where he generated cost savings and reduced operational risk through deployment of technology and process improvement in the areas of fixed income regulatory and compliance to support Dodd-Frank and EMIR. Paul’s specialties include advising clients on industry trends and guiding them on implementing improved operating models.

Abid is a senior executive with over 25 years leadership experience in Capital Markets institutions such as Lehman Brothers, BNP Paribas and Natwest Markets. He has a proven track record in management and technology, driving digital transformation and moderization, leading design, delivery, and strategy for complex front to back projects. In his role as Group CTO, Abid is focusing on business expansion opportunities, business strategy ensuring the technical and business vision are aligned across Kinetix and affiliate companies.

Mark is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, attorney, engineer, and innovator with domestic and international experience with a focus on sales & marketing as well as innovation in Capital Markets and Banking. His work at Kinetix extends into product development, value engineering, and aligning disruptive technologies to real-world use cases. He boasts a proven track record of increasing sales and growing bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and efficiency.

Arun has worked in various technology and administrative roles throughout his career at Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Citi. His knowledge of banking, coupled with his expertise in managing expenses and budgets, have prepared him to handle the myriad functions at Kinetix.

Tom Rutkowski
Regional Head (Middle East & APAC), Managing Director (Dubai)

Tom leverages his PhD in AI as well as over a decade of executive leadership to drive Kinetix’s AI R&D for Banking and Capital Markets applications. He has a proven track record in innovation management, product development, and strategy. He brings experience and vision to Kinetix’s intelligence systems, which span decision support; recommendation, prediction and insights; as well as NLP. He authored a book titled “Explainable Artificial Intelligence Based on Neuro-Fuzzy Modeling with Applications in Finance” and heads up the Kinetix Dubai office.

These strategies have provided improvements to STP and controls, while delivering high-quality service back to clients.
